Our patient portal has moved to a better, more user-friendly format through We believe you will find this tool to be very useful in contacting us, and in navigating the care of your child. Please see the features below, and get started on your improved connection with us!

Schedule non-urgent appointments

Avoid phone time and “phone tag” to schedule your child’s checkup. With our portal you can request an appointment with your child’s physician on a day/time that is convenient for you. Our staff will return your request to schedule well visits, routine follow up visits, visits for non-urgent problems, and medication checks for conditions such as asthma and ADHD.

Request non-urgent refills

Again avoid the phone tree and get refills done in a timely manner. Our staff will send your request to your child’s doctor who will refill the prescription within three business days.

Ask a question about your child’s health

You can use the portal to pose a question to one of our triage nurses about your child’s symptoms or give us updates on chronic conditions. Again, you can avoid “phone tag” by directing your questions through the portal (NON-URGENT requests only please).

Update your contact information or insurance coverage

Save yourself some extra time and work when you visit us, and update any changes in your address, phone number, or insurance information through the patient portal.

NEW PATIENTS: complete your child’s entire health history before the first appointment

Help us to get to know your child before the first appointment. You will be guided through our “Health History Form” which will allow you to enter the significant items in your child’s history, including past medical history, family history, and social history. These entries can be entered into your child’s chart and be ready before the first visit. This will save a lot of paperwork that is normally done in the office.
