Practice Policies

We have a physician available to take emergency calls 24 hours a day. If your child is experiencing a life- threatening emergency, call 911. If you feel that your child may need to be seen by an ER physician after hours, call us so we can help determine if it is needed and make any necessary arrangements.

Calls regarding prescription refills, non-urgent questions, and long standing problems are best handled during daytime office hours (8am – 5pm) by your regular physician.

To contact our on-call physician, call the regular office number and leave a message with your phone number including area code. Your call will be returned immediately for a true emergency or within 1-2 hours for non-emergencies. If you have not received a call back within a reasonable amount of time, please call back as we may not have been able to reach you or may have the incorrect number. Please be aware that some privacy managers may completely block our return calls.
