• Jay J We have been using this practice since our son was a new born. The doctors listen to our questions and concerns and truly care. Front office staff are prompt and helpful. All staff and doctors are down to earth and friendly.

• John a Highly recommend Dr. Tyson, excellent for infant care and reassuring for the parents too. Staff is great and it's easy to make appointments- I've scheduled in advance and also same day for illness. Facility is clean and bright. Minus one star for their long wait to get paperwork signed- if you forget to bring a childcare or school form during your visit, you have to drop it off and wait 5-7 days until someone will sign it and either mail it back or fax it. For one signature I think that's a long time when you are dependent on that form to get your child back in daycare or school. So beware...don't forget your form on day of appointment! Update- issue resolved in 24hrs for childcare form wait is not as long.

• Patrick R My son ran out of his medication right before vacation. The staff were able to assist with getting a new prescription quickly over to a different pharmacy that we don't normally use. Our regular pharmacy was out of stock. I was able to get the medication and actually GO on vacation because of the quick response. I even received a follow up call to ensure I had everything taken care of. What fantastic customer service!!

• Taylor S Dr. Steven’s has been amazing with our LO! Very reassuring and patient. As a FTM you know I have questions about every little thing and he is willing to answer every single one. They staff is friendly and welcoming and fast to get back with you if you have questions. I had to get my son in after I had him and they got him in the very next day after we left the hospital because of his weight loss concerns. I would highly recommend them.

• Hawah C My Experian at pediatric associate Whitehall Office was not the best until I met doctor Randolph. My children have been coming to this office since 2006 when I have my first daughter she’s 17 years old now.Then 2011 I had my son , we starting taking him there also I have not come across any doctor like Dr. Blake Randolph, is one of the best doctor I have ever come across at this office. He is very knowledgeable. He’s caring and not only that, he’s very concerned about my children health he’s even go out of his way to call about my children Lab result , even when the results looking good, just to explain to me what’s next,that’s what we call good Doctor. Blake Randolph. Me and my family want to extend our thanks and appreciation to you Dr.Blake Randolph. God will continue to lead you on the right path forever and ever.🙏🏾🙏🏾

• jericho f My kids been going to Pediatric Associates since they been born. At first they were seeing Dr. Lee until he left states now their currently seeing Dr.Ward for the past couple of years. Dr. Ward is very thorough and always listens to any concern. I always feel comfortable bringing my children to this office, the wait is never long and I love the convenience of electronic check-in.

• Jersey L Stephanie is so amazing. Always friendly and seems to care about Michonne. Dr. Vinsant is simply the best. Always kind, wonderful, and shows real interest in My daughter's growth. I don't feel like we are just another patient, I feel like my daughters care is important to Stephanie and Dr. Vinsant. I feel very blessed to have care providers such as them. Top notch care all around.

• Desarae H I’ve had both my kids here for the last 7 years. We have to switch due to insurance but Dr. Reis is fantastic. There were only ever a few issues with front desk folks or with getting call backs but overall, I’d recommend these guys to anyone. Huge thanks to everyone for taking good care of the kids for the last 7 years.

• Chelsea N Dr Wagner and her staff were wonderful. This was our first time going in and I went to not one but two incorrect locations my toddler was having a tantrum and I had my 4-month-old with me and they were extremely kind caring and sensitive when I was having a breakdown just trying to get him to his 2-year-old appointment. I'm very thankful how accommodating they were and how great Dr Wagner and her staff was to my little one.

• Brie M Have been going here for 4 years now and haven't had a single negative experience. Both my kids LOVE going to the doctor and always leave with smiles and stickers. Have never had an issue being seen same day and never have a long wait time once there. Would highly recommend. Dr. Blake and Dr. Toth are both fantastic and wonderful with kids.

• Alyssa G While this is clearly a busy office, what practice isn’t in 2024?? We’ve been with Dr. Deibel since 2017 and three kids later still genuinely ADORE her. It was reassuring to have a pediatrician with my first who was not an alarmist, while also being thorough, and I feel very confident that she trusts me as a parent and has thoughtfully listened and responded to any questions or concerns I’ve had along the way. I’ve never felt rushed in our annual appointments, which is great as we now drive 45 mins (after a recent move) each way just to continue to see her! We’ve always been able to get day of illness appointments at this office and one closer to our home. Although my reviews for some of those other doctors would be a sort of mixed bag… it’s never been anything negative enough to turn me off from scheduling one when it’s really needed.

• Cassi M We have been seeing Dr. Deibel since before our oldest was even born. Six kids later and we (and the kids) still love her and the office! We have had to see another doctor for a sick visit only a handful of times in 16 years, we’re almost always able to see our doctor. Phone wait times can occasionally be long but they are quick to get you in the room with the doctor. I have never had to deal with a rude person there. They are always quick to get back to us with medical questions or medication refills. We’ve also had to call the after hours on call doctor several times and they are quick to respond and help us out! I always recommend Pediatric Associates.

They’ve worked with my daughter for the past few years - getting more brave with each round of shots, and this was the first time it went so smooth. She’s been talking about how brave she is since we left the office. Thank you for all you do! Can’t recommend this facility enough!

• Amy C We love Dr. Tyson and Dr. Stevens, we are so happy we transferred to their Pediatric Associate office in Canal Winchester. Past experiences with infant physicians were negative without thorough review or time for questions. Both of these docs have never made me feel that way, wonderful interaction with my son, thorough with my questions and concerns, and have always been able to get in same day for urgent care needs. Highly recommend.

He is kind, compassionate and incredibly patient with all 3 of our kids that have had various challenging medical situations. He does not hesitate to refer to a specialist if it’s warranted. • Laiali A Dr. Tyson & Dr. Stevens have been our go-to pediatricians since switching to PACW. They have been great with both our children and I recommend them to anyone who asks for pediatrician recommendations. They explain things thoroughly, take their time, listen to questions and concerns, and don’t pressure for anything. Our last pediatrician office was the complete opposite, hence why we switched to Pediatric Associates of Canal Winchester. The office nurses and front office staff at PACW are timely and informative. We’ve never had issues getting an appointment or getting our concerns and questions addressed. If all doctors in the CW office are booked and we need a sick visit, the front office has done an amazing job at getting us transferred to the Pickerington office for same-day sick visits. Also, their character and sports themed rooms are really enjoyed by my kid!

• Gathoni K Our experience with the doctors has been exceptional! They stepped in even when our main doctor was not available for emergencies, which we had to call in several times as new parents. However, we would like to give a special shout-out to Dr. Reis and his nursing team as they have worked with us since our precious little one was born. They are great with kids, and I can say that because our kid doesn't mind going to the doctor now, considering he hated it after he realized they give shots there. I could go on and on about Dr. Reis and this practice. Highly recommend Pediatric Associates Hilliard!

• Azamat D Great Doctors, Great Nurses, Great customer service! I needed an urgent prescription refill after-hours and my call was directed to the Nurse on duty line. Surprisingly I didn't wait at all and had a chance to speak with a very friendly and kind Nurse. She took a message to our wonderful Doctor Wagner who already finished her shift for the day. I wasn't expecting any calls that evening since it was too late. Amazingly, I did receive a call from my Pharmacy with a beautiful news that we have received a new script for refill at the same hour. What an excellent customer service and wonderful Patient oriented Team! God bless you all! Thank you Doctor Wagner and your wonderful Team, Thank you for all your hard work and excellent customer service! I highly recommend!

• Belinda R Dr. Rayo is one in a million! They don’t make them like her anymore. A+ to her and all of her insightful and useful tips she tells me and my daughters during their well checks. It’s not just a well check for her— she’s concerned about sharing about safety, healthy eating, behavior etc in her spiel. She is confident but sweet and my kids adore her and laugh at the funny things she says when she checks their ears etc. I’ll never take them anywhere else. The entire office is incredible from the staff to the counselor there. Couldn’t be happier.

• Chelsea H My boys see Dr Tyson and he’s great! He’s great with the kids, and always happy to answer my questions and concerns. We move often (military family), so we’ve had a few pediatricians and Dr Tyson is hands down the best! We’ve always been able to be seen quickly if there’s an illness or injury, and they’ve been able to work with our crazy schedule to get an apt that works for us every time. The office is comfortable, clean and the kids love the large stickers on the walls in the rooms! :)

I’ve had great experiences with all of the pediatricians my kid has seen here, front desk staff (even when they’re slammed), triage nurses, and even the on-call pediatrician for after hours support. 10/10 recommend this practice.

• Foxwolf77 This is an excellent place to go. We see Dr. Wagner for my 10 yr old daughter. We tried a few places before we found this one when she was 7, I think. It was, and always is easy to get an appointment. They've made adjustments to their website, so now it's easier to make and reschedule appointments online than it was before. They work with you on many things, for instance; when my daughter was really sick, they fit her in that day so she could be seen, and another time when she ran out of her medicine, they sent enough to last until her next appointment. The staff and nurses are really friendly and good with the kids. They even have special boxes for kids with ADD and ASD that has sensory toys in it and fidget toys that the kids can play with apon request during their appointment. It was hard for me to find counseling for my daughter, and they now offer counseling services at the same office, which she was able to get into within the week. I would definitely recommend taking your children here.

• Abigail B Been taking my daughter here for 9 years and have had exceptional care from Dr. Blake, Dr. Toth & her absolute favorite Dr. Burkham!! Dr. Burkham is absolutely amazing with my daughter and my daughter adores her. Even if she's not feeling good, she still gets excited to see her! I'm hoping they accept anthem insurance because we are having to switch insurance carriers (prev. used caresource). The only thing I think could be improved is the hospitality of the front office staff, they aren't rude or anything but are just rather short ¬t entirely pleasant which I feel it's important since it's the first face you see when you come into the office.

• Stacy C We've been going here for almost 15yrs and I have literally ZERO complaints! We see Dr. Toth & he's very down-to-earth when it comes to understanding parenting & real life challenges plus very knowledgeable in what he does! Anytime we've had a fill-in doctor, they've always been just as great at the Lewis Center office! My #1 thing I love about them, they are not petty... unlike other practices - where if you miss an appointment they just kick you out! They understand life on life's terms! 10 out of 10 from this family! ☺️🤜👏

• Carrie T I have been taking my twins to see Dr. Rayo and Dr. Reis for about 10 years. They have level 3 autism so any appointment can be a challenge. Pediatric Associates is so kind and accommodating. They have sensory bins which has been a HUGE help and wait times in the lobby are very short. I have also been able to schedule and reschedule appointments online which is extremely convenient. The boys are 14 and we've been through many stages of life and they are always so thoughtful and supportive. They genuinely listen to my concerns. I've never felt like these doctors, medical assistants, or office staff were ever afraid of uncomfortable. I highly recommend them! 10/10

• Carly C We see doctor tyson and have no complaints. He is friendly and professional. We recently saw Dr. Stevens and he was incredibly rude. My daughter was there as a sick visit and was crying because she didn’t feel well. He and I quote said “that one is gonna send mom to therapy” I didn’t say anything at the time just brushed it off. But it was so incredibly rude and we won’t be seeing him ever again. He was annoyed my daughter was crying even though she is two and was sick.
